These are our intentions for your mindfulness day retreat. Your day of being mindful will be warmly facilitated by Dr. Sandra McCutcheon, and supported by an expert, guest facilitator. Collectively we will be guiding a range of compassion-based mindfulness practices, including sitting, moving, eating and resting both body and mind.
