Free introductory sessions

These are scheduled in advance of each 8 week course and are open to anyone interested in learning more about mindfulness and mindful self-compassion.

If you are considering booking one of our courses, then we’d encourage you to drop in to one of these FREE sessions.

The aims of the introductory sessions are to:

  • Introduce and explore what mindfulness and self-compassion is;

  • communicate the scientific understanding of mindfulness and compassion training;

  • demonstrate some of the techniques and exercises used;

  • show how the course is structured and delivered;

  • exemplify how mindfulness can support health and well-being in daily life;

  • meet your mindfulness trainer and be able to ask questions.
