We understand that, for some, group situations are not the optimal way to learn and it’s for this reason that we offer personal mindfulness training just for you. Within our own team of two, you will be expertly guided in your mindfulness training journey, feel motivated & encouraged, and supported on a very personal level. More so, we can tailor our session to your specific requirements and individual coaching can help you explore new, constructive and creative ways of making choices and managing situations.
We offer a range of options for you, including:
The mindfulness foundation course (the full 8 week course: 8 x 1 hour sessions, guided audio downloads, training manuals and supplementary material) delivered on a personal level
A mini mindfulness program (4 x 1 hour sessions, offering a core set of exercises, approaches and mindfulness practices to support you to create more mindful moments in daily life).
Individual one-hour mindfulness sessions (simply to create some space from the busy-ness of life and time for resting in a mindfulness practice)
All bespoke, one-to-one courses can be arranged at a time that is most convenient for you.
